We had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy vibes and tail-wagging walks through the area. We especially loved the warm atmosphere, perfect for our family of four plus our two dogs. Toshi in the restaurant provided excellent service!

What a great stay! The highlights were the comfy king-sized bed, the delicious, creamy mash, and the spectacular fluffy bathrobes. Can’t recommend it enough!

The garden area provided a great spot to relax with a book while the wellness room was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Our only issue was the noise from the street, which was a minor hiccup in an otherwise delightful stay! 😊

Had a great time with friends exploring the Moors and trying out mountain biking nearby. Our room was cozy, and the dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast options. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Make sure to try the delicious risotto at dinner! Would definitely recommend staying here for a fun getaway.

Had a lovely time here! The room was super comfy with cool decor and a coffee machine. Breakfast was delish and beautifully presented. Just a bummer that our table was left dirty for too long while we were still eating. The bar area was cozy and always buzzing with good vibes, though!

We stayed in the Superior King Room, and it was super cozy with a lovely decor. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've used. A bit on the small side, but the thoughtful layout made it work. There were some quirky touches that made it feel special, like the hedgehog theme. Just wish the lighting was better at night.

i had a fantastic stay at the cornish arms, which exceeded the expectations from my previous visit in tavistock. the room was luxuriously decorated and super comfortable, making our romantic date truly special. breakfast was a highlight, with freshly baked pastries and freshly brewed coffee that made mornings delightful.

the cold tap in the bathroom was wonky.

Outstanding stay with exceptional dining

My partner and I had a fantastic one-night stay in the Mallard junior suite. The room was beautifully designed, featuring a luxurious copper roll-top bath that added a unique touch. The highlight was definitely the dinner. we were both thoroughly impressed with each dish's quality and presentation at the restaurant, as well as the delightful breakfast that followed. The staff were attentive and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our visit. I do wish the Wi-Fi connection in the room had been a bit more stable.

Consider asking for a room away from the main road for a quieter experience. It can significantly enhance your stay.
